1. Scope of this list
This page forms part of the Data Processing Addendum. A subprocessor is a provider engaged by Officer Scribe to process customer personal data in order to provide the Service. The precise data sent to each provider depends on the feature being used.
2. Current subprocessors

3. Other third-party platforms
The following services interact with Officer Scribe but are not listed above as subprocessors for all purposes because they provide their own platform or public data service and may act as independent controllers under their own terms:
- Discord Inc. — account authentication, app installation, voice and guild platform, commands and delivery of messages.
- Raider.IO — public character, score and raid-progression data requested from a submitted profile.
- Warcraft Logs — public character ranking and parse data requested for the submitted character.
Blizzard Entertainment operates World of Warcraft but does not supply Officer Scribe and is not an Officer Scribe subprocessor.
4. International transfers
Some providers process data outside the UK. Officer Scribe relies on the contractual and transfer safeguards made available by those providers, including data processing agreements, approved standard contractual clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, adequacy regulations and other lawful transfer mechanisms where applicable.
5. Changes and objections
This list may change as the Service develops. Officer Scribe will update this page before a new provider begins material processing where reasonably practical. A guild controller with reasonable data-protection grounds may object by emailing ambcollins123@gmail.comwithin ten days after a material update is published. We will discuss the concern in good faith. Where the provider is essential and no reasonable alternative is available, the guild may need to stop using the affected feature or terminate use of the Service.
